  Stay far away from this poor excuse for a realty company. Dan Sheehan is a crook and a liar and has no problem taking advantage of the people who have the misfortune of working with him. He is able to hide his lack of professionalism and competence from his "boss" by blaming tenants for the lack of(lack of means literally nothing)maintenance on the properties he manages.

  Great customer service. When I moved in to my new place, their was a fruit basket provided by the owner. No other property manager has shown appreciation like that after signing a lease

  I have worked for Sheehan Real Estate for years now, and have stayed for so long because Dan Sheehan is the most genuine and caring boss I have ever worked for. Sheehan Real Estate is a small business and Dan pays attention to the needs of his tenants in any way he can.
